Strength
This test is used to determine the tensile properties
of a material.
Parameters such as tensile strength, yield point, yield
strength, percentage elongation and percentage are of
refuction can all be performed. All procedures used
conform to the ASTM A370 standard (E8 - Test
methods for Tensile testing of metallic materials).
For testing the tensile properties of a wire, a United
STM-10 Testing Machine is used.
