Fastener Debris
The average weight of plastic in a plastic strip is determined
by removing the nails from several strips and weighing
the empty plastic retainers. Average weights are then
compared to in-house standards to assess whether too much
or too little plastic is being deposited during the collation
process.
This test is performed monthly.
