Drawing:
The wire diameter is checked for size and uniformity.
Nail Forming:
Standard dimensions of head dia, shank length, point
size.
Plastic Collating:
Angle of collation, collating location, pitch, plastic
thickness and rib thickness.
Wire Collating:
Angle of collation, collating location and pitch.
Paper Collating:
Angle of collation, collating location and head orientation.
Thread Rolling:
Standard dimensions, locaton of gap, rolled diameter,
thread length.
Pre-Despatch Inspection:
As above according to the type of nail leaving the warehouse.
